Rates given are for the first day, weekly rates calculated as below:

Week 1 = the first 4 days are charged @ the daily rate, the next 3 are free
Week 2 = the first 3 days are charged @ the daily rate, the next 4 are free
Week 3 = the first 3 days are charged @ the daily rate, the next 4 are free
Week 4 and every week thereafter until the end of the rental period = the first 2 days are charged @ the daily rate, the next 5 are free
